Turn your research into a clear story. Nail your value prop, pricing, and brand before you write a single piece of content.

What Today Covers

Yesterday you built the intelligence foundation. Today you turn it into decisions: what you're charging, what you're saying, and who you sound like.

The common mistake is rushing this day to get to "real" marketing work. Positioning and copy are the real marketing work. Every piece of content you write, every ad you run, every email you send — it all flows from the decisions you make today.

Skip this day and you'll produce a lot of output that doesn't cohere. Do it right and Day 2 (content creation) becomes dramatically faster because you have templates, voice, and clear angles to work from.
